Join us for an intimate gathering in an historic barn in the heart of the Rondout Valley. We'll celebrate our farmers' bounty with harvest fare prepared by four of our local chefs and perfectly selected wines to complement it all!

We will begin at 5:30 with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, followed by dinner at 7:00.

Menu

Hors d'oeuvres

  • Cauliflower Frittata Petit-fours with farina pasta
  • Miniature Butternut and Arancini, Green Tomato Jam, with local cheese and tomatoes
  • Crispy Lamb Wonton with Yogurt Miso Dipping Sauce
  • Parsnip Apple Soup Shots
  • with local parsnips, potatoes, leeks, apple cider, heavy cream.

Main Course

  • Munchkin Pumpkin with Bocuse Soup and Gruyere, local pumpkin
  • Cioppino
  • New York scallops, fluke and gulf shrimp, with orzo, local shaved fennel, Jerusalem artichokes and sausage in heirloom tomato broth
  • Petite duck breast with apple cider demi glacĂ©, Butternut Squash Gratin and Shaved Brussels Sprouts

Salad Course

Cheese paired with Microgreens and Flight of Unusual Apples

Desserts

  • Boozy Double Apple Cake, Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce and Whipped Cream
