Jon Bowermaster's new Hope on the Hudson short film at Arrowood Farm
Small grains - wheat, oats, rice, rye, barley, and more - are joining corn to once again become Hudson Valley crops! Upstate New York was once a grain-growing breadbasket until production shifted to the Midwest. Watch innovative scientists, farmers, bakers, and brewers collaborate to produce a new generation of grains suited for the northeast, bringing sustainable local grain production back to the region. Watch the trailer here.

The film will be shown in an open pavilion, rain or starshine.
